THE STORY

The difference between hiring a DJ and creating an experience

"Nobody remembers the DJ. They remember how the night felt. That's what I'm building."

Not A
Party.
A Night.

Brickhouse DJ has been creating nights across North Georgia since 2012. Not parties — nights. The kind where the dance floor is still packed at midnight. Where your grandmother and your college roommate are both dancing. Where guests text you the next day and say "that was the best one I've been to." 75 of those in 2025.

Here's what makes the difference: most DJs build a playlist, press play, and check their phone. You're paying for background music with a pulse. Brickhouse DJ watches the room — who's dancing, who's sitting, what's keeping them there and what's losing them — and adjusts the set live, in real time. That's how you get a night people remember instead of an event they attended.

The settings change — 40 weddings where the reception went late because nobody wanted to leave. Christmas parties where the CEO was on the dance floor. School proms where 400 students stayed on their feet for four hours. Community festivals where three generations danced to the same set. The setting changes. The experience doesn't.

Destination events are welcome. A travel fee applies in addition to the service fee for events outside North Georgia. The experience travels wherever you need it.

The Feel

A night has five or six different moods. The quiet arrival. The first moment people relax. The shift when energy picks up. The peak when everyone's on the floor. The wind-down. The last song. Brickhouse DJ doesn't play music at those moments — he shapes them. Live. In real time. Watching the room.

R&B, hip-hop, country, pop, classic rock, Latin, electronic — the range is wide because your room is wide. Your guests are 8 and 80. The right song at the wrong moment is the wrong song. Getting it right is what turns a good night into the night.

Equipment: Pioneer CDJ-3000s, DJM-A9 mixer, and a custom effects rig. Professional-grade sound for rooms of 50 to 500+.
